Automated lines including handling and transportation (conveyor belt, mobile transportation units, rail-conducted, transport systems), like robotic cells for assembly, inspection of devices and vision systems. In terms of inspection and cameras we do not only use them for quality inspection, we actively integrate the cameras into robot controls.

Semi automated systems with handling to support recurrent tasks, meaning the adaption of a robot in combination with the manual handling of a workpiece.

Systems to support manual fabrication for order quantities where automation is inefficient or where it is essential to be supported by human skills. In this regard, for example, we provide quality control with vision systems, workpiece transportation, presorting of raw materials or the planning of the production cycle.
Our close collaboration with both robot manufacturers, producers of automation components, suppliers in dosing technology and research institutes or universities allows us to provide state-of-the-art technology for both simple or complex systems. We support in planning and construction but also reliably ensure professional support during the set up and provide maintenance support for a system lifetime.
