the main purpose of this newsletter is to provide additional insight into our work at Pro Automation GmbH.

Pro Automation GmbH automates single axis or complicated kinematics with the help of SIEMENS motion controls.

If ready-to-use, standardized robots are insufficient and not capable of meeting special challenges, we deliver you control and drive engineering. We automated external axis with the help of T-CPUs and implement complicated kinematics including path planning based on the Motion Control System SIMOTION. We focus on well-proven engineering in connection with widely-used CPUs.

We develop highly dynamic Cartesian robots with up to 5 axis, actuated with path planning and synchronized inputs and outputs. We not only make your mechanics move with well-known cam tracks but also calculated – if desired – your mechanics movements. The calculated dynamics allows us to parametrize the drive to avoid unwanted, life-time shortening decelerations and to grant you a longer life-time at higher velocities.
