KR Series / Modular Cartesian Robot
KR1 is a universal Cartesian robot. It is generally applied in such areas as dispensing, drilling, screwing, packaging and handling. As a gantry robot it can perform various tasks. The robot is available in two power classes: driven by a stepper motor or a servomotor. Efficient process control can be performed by using inexpensive pushbuttons or via touch screen with high-quality programming interface.
The KR Series robot is of modular design, and thus can be easily expanded. It can be designed as a low-cost entry level model or a high-end device which can integrate different peripheral equipment. Image processing, conveyor belt control, alignment, and optimized safety technology can be integrated on request.This robot also works with the NJ3D, our Needle adjuster for exact measurement of the needle tips.

Standard robot consits of the following components:
- 2, 3 or 4-axis robot
- dimensions up to 2500x1500x600 mm (special sizes on request)
- 8 digital inputs and outputs (expendable)
- operation via pushbuttons or touch screen
