NJ3D Needle Adjuster for Cartesian Robots
Needle Adjuster NJ3D is designed as a sensor housing which, in combination with a robot program, recognizes the tip of the needle. Needle Adjuster functions three-dimensionally and measures both vertically and obliquely mounted cartridges.Thus, the shift of the needle tip is automatically measured after every cartridge or needle change and the program is adjusted.
Needle Adjuster consists of the following components:

- Sensor cable 3 m
- Software to control your Cartesian robot (KR1, AEB, I&J Fisnar, Janome, etc.)
